- Person 1 - I am not aware of any departmental AI engagement. Just a few people on campus have started to engage.

- Person 2 - Currently, at RCC, the only individuals engaged in AI efforts meaningfully are myself and a classified colleague. We serve on the classified professional development committee, which I chair, and are the only individuals trying to coordinate efforts around AI learning.

- Our Distance Ed department provided one workshop on generative AI basics but most of our efforts have been offered by the classified professional development committee and specifically one classified professional who facilitated three workshops.
- Person 1 - We haven't. I took an interest in AI and started going to AI conferences and training, and I now present on AI at conferences and other colleges. Now, I work with the professional development coordinator to bring AI ideas to RCC as much as possible, but it's slow going.
- Person 2 - The professional development coordinator and I have focused on AI chatbots and generative AI applications.
- Person 2 - I provided training on prompting techniques for generative AI and an overview of AI in general. I am also doing an April AI Bingo event to get people involved.
- The classified professional development committee plans to launch an AI April campaign. Some individuals are now using AI in their day-to-day tasks, but that is only two or three of us so far.
